How do I know if I am ordering the right size?

For each product, click on Size chart Under the Add to cart button. Follow the instructions in the tab How to measure? To take your measurements, then find the right size. You can also watch the instruction video by clicking here to help you choose the right size.

**Please refer to the chart for each product, as clothing items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

We offer a 90-day warranty against any manufacturing defects. Please write directly to this email address: serviceclient@arseno.qc.ca Or call 1 877 562-0831, extension 100. (Photos will be required.) 
 
In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs. We will arrange to replace the garment or refund you if an exchange is not possible.

Any error must be reported to our customer service within 7 days of receiving the garment.
